Lors d’une balade matinale dans le bocage, vous apprendrez à reconnaitre les plantes comestibles et à les récolter tout en préservant le milieu naturel. En fin de matinée, nous reviendrons dans les locaux du CPIE pour préparer un repas convivial à partir de notre récolte. Prévoir chaussures de marche ou bottes selon la météo, ciseaux et paniers.

English : Atelier cuisine « Plantes sauvages printanières »

During a morning walk in the bocage, you’ll learn to recognize edible plants and harvest them in a way that preserves the natural environment. At the end of the morning, we’ll return to the CPIE premises to prepare a convivial meal from our harvest. Bring walking shoes or boots depending on the weather, scissors and baskets.

Bei einem morgendlichen Spaziergang durch die Heckenlandschaft lernen Sie, essbare Pflanzen zu erkennen und sie zu ernten und dabei die natürliche Umwelt zu schützen. Am Ende des Vormittags kehren wir in die Räumlichkeiten des CPIE zurück, um aus unserer Ernte ein gemütliches Essen zuzubereiten. Bringen Sie je nach Wetterlage Wanderschuhe oder Stiefel, Scheren und Körbe mit.

Durante una passeggiata mattutina nel bocage, imparerete a riconoscere le piante commestibili e a raccoglierle preservando l’ambiente naturale. Alla fine della mattinata, torneremo alla sede del CPIE per preparare un pasto conviviale con il nostro raccolto. Portate scarpe da trekking o stivali a seconda del tempo, forbici e cestini.

Al final de la mañana, volveremos a los locales del CPIE para preparar una comida de convivencia con nuestra cosecha. Traiga zapatos para caminar o botas según el tiempo, tijeras y cestas.

Tijdens een ochtendwandeling in de bocage leer je eetbare planten herkennen en hoe je ze kunt oogsten met behoud van de natuurlijke omgeving. Aan het einde van de ochtend keren we terug naar de lokalen van CPIE om een gezellige maaltijd van onze oogst te bereiden. Breng wandelschoenen of laarzen mee, afhankelijk van het weer, een schaar en manden.
