L’Association des Amis des Orgues de Forbach propose un concert autour de la Passion. De nombreux compositeurs ont écrit de magnifiques oeuvres poignantes sur ce thème de la mort du Christ et notamment ceux de la période romantique allemande. Vous pourrez ainsi découvrir le magnifique O Haupt voll Blut und Wunden de Félix Mendelssohn, chanté par le Petit Choeur de Forbach. Ici plane l’influence de Jean Sébastien Bach. Ou encore le grand Sabat Mater de Josef Rheinberger où Victoria Lescalier accompagnera le choeur à l’orgue. Thierry Ferré proposera également des pièces d’orgue de Mendelssohn et de Gustav Merkel dans la veine du grand style romantique. Entrée libre, plateau. Durée 1h. The Association des Amis des Orgues de Forbach presents a concert on the theme of the Passion. Many composers have written magnificent, poignant works on the theme of Christ’s death, particularly those of the German Romantic period. Enjoy Felix Mendelssohn’s magnificent O Haupt voll Blut und Wunden, sung by the Petit Choeur de Forbach. The influence of Johann Sebastian Bach hovers here. Or the great Sabat Mater by Josef Rheinberger, with Victoria Lescalier accompanying the choir on organ.
