Un parcours ludique de 5km sur sentier urbain ouvert aux coureurs, marcheurs et aux familles.
Un ravitaillement sera proposé à mi-parcours.

Le Défi du Grinch 11€
Un parcours trail chronométré de 10km avec un D+/D- de 240m sur sentier forestier, réservé aux coureurs confirmés et âgés de plus de 16 ans.
Un ravitaillement sera proposé au 7ème km.
Présence du Père Noël à l’arrivée avec un cadeau surprise
DJ Vincenzo pour mettre le feu à la fête
1 € reversé à l’association Forbike pour offrir des jouets aux enfants

A fun 5km course on an urban trail open to runners, walkers and families.
Refreshments will be available at the halfway point.
New for 2025
Le Défi du Grinch 11?
A 10km timed trail course with a D+/D- of 240m on a forest trail, reserved for experienced runners over 16 years of age.
Refreshments will be available at the 7th km.
Santa Claus will be present at the finish with a surprise gift
DJ Vincenzo to set the party alight
1 ? donated to the Forbike association to provide toys for children

Der Märchenlauf 6 ?
Ein 5 km langer spielerischer Parcours auf einem städtischen Pfad, der für Läufer, Wanderer und Familien geeignet ist.
Auf halber Strecke wird eine Verpflegung angeboten.
Neuheit 2025
Die Herausforderung des Grinch 11?
Ein 10 km langer Trail mit Zeitmessung und einem Höhenunterschied von 240 m auf einem Waldweg für erfahrene Läufer ab 16 Jahren.
Nach 7 km gibt es eine Verpflegungsstation.
Der Weihnachtsmann ist bei der Ankunft anwesend und bringt ein Überraschungsgeschenk mit
DJ Vincenzo, der die Party zum Kochen bringt
1 ? wird an den Verein Forbike gespendet, um Kindern Spielzeug zu schenken

La sfida del Grinch 11?
Un percorso cronometrato di 10 km con un D+/D- di 240 m su un sentiero forestale, riservato a corridori esperti dai 16 anni in su.
Al 7° km sarà disponibile un ristoro.
Babbo Natale sarà presente all’arrivo con un regalo a sorpresa
DJ Vincenzo animerà la festa
1 euro devoluto all’associazione Forbike per fornire giocattoli ai bambini

El Desafío Grinch 11?
Un recorrido cronometrado de 10 km con un D+/D- de 240 m en un sendero forestal, reservado a corredores experimentados a partir de 16 años.
Habrá refrigerios disponibles en el km 7.
Papá Noel estará presente en la meta con un regalo sorpresa
