Autour de la myste´rieuse Violetta, ardemment interpre´te´e par Judith Chemla au timbre de voix presque irre´el, flotte un parfum ente^tant et paradoxal de re^ve et re´alite´.Benjamin Lazar met en sce`ne un e´blouissant spectacle d’apre`s la Traviata de Giuseppe Verdi adapte´ du roman d’Alexandre Dumas fils, la Dame aux Came´lias. Le public est invite´, par un savant me´lange des Arts, dans l’intimite´ de Violetta parmi les convives d’une fe^te musicale ou` se me^lent the´a^tre et ope´ra, voix parle´es et voix chante´es. A heady, paradoxical perfume of dream and reality floats around the mysterious Violetta, ardently interpreted by Judith Chemla, whose voice is almost irrevelant.Benjamin Lazar stages a dazzling show based on Giuseppe Verdi’s Traviata, adapted from Alexandre Dumas fils’s novel La Dame aux Came’lias. The audience is invited, through a skilful blend of the arts, into the intimacy of Violetta, among the guests at a musical feast where theatre and opera, spoken voices and sung voices mingle. An atypical, heterogeneous show of timeless modernity. A rare magical moment with performers as dramatically accurate as they are moving! Judith Chemla is divine!
