Die natürlichen Ressourcen werden immer knapper, der Planet erwärmt sich und die Artenvielfalt ist bedroht. Welche Fortschritte können wir uns auf einem Planeten vorstellen, der immer mehr seine Grenzen aufzeigt? Einige fordern eine Schrumpfung, um den Kollaps zu verhindern, andere sind der Meinung, dass der durch das Wachstum ermöglichte technische Fortschritt im Gegenteil ein Grund zur Hoffnung ist.
