Ce parcours vallonné, rythmé par deux ascensions et plusieurs traversées de hameaux, emprunte des chemins très variés au départ de Pont d’Ouilly, avec le Noireau comme colonne vertébrale.
Le début du circuit peut servir d’échauffement avant la première montée sur un petit sentier forestier qui mettra le cardio et les mollets au travail.
S’en suit une longue descente en forêt qui permet de retrouver le Noireau.
Après avoir une nouvelle fois traversé la rivière, la seconde ascension emprunte un long chemin champêtre découvert, qui offre une belle vue sur les paysages vallonnés des hauts de Pont d’Ouilly.
Le retour se fait par une dernière descente roulante avec le point d’arrivée visible en contrebas.

This hilly route, punctuated by two climbs and several hamlet crossings, takes in a wide variety of paths from Pont d’Ouilly, with the River Noireau as its backbone.
The start of the circuit can be used as a warm-up before the first ascent on a short forest path that will put the cardio and calves to work.
This is followed by a long descent through the forest back to the river Noireau.
After crossing the river once again, the second ascent takes you up a long, open country lane, offering a fine view of the rolling countryside above Pont d’Ouilly.
The return journey is a final rolling descent, with the finish point visible below.

Diese hügelige Strecke mit zwei Anstiegen und mehreren Ortsdurchquerungen führt von Pont d’Ouilly aus über abwechslungsreiche Wege, wobei der Fluss Noireau das Rückgrat bildet.

Questo percorso ondulato, punteggiato da due salite e da diversi attraversamenti di frazioni, si snoda su un’ampia varietà di sentieri a partire da Pont d’Ouilly, con il fiume Noireau come spina dorsale.
L’inizio del percorso può essere utilizzato come riscaldamento prima della prima salita su un breve sentiero nel bosco che farà lavorare cardio e polpacci.
Segue una lunga discesa nel bosco per tornare al Noireau.
Dopo aver attraversato nuovamente il fiume, la seconda salita si snoda su un lungo sentiero di campagna aperto, che offre una bella vista sulla campagna ondulata sopra Pont d’Ouilly.

Este recorrido ondulado, jalonado por dos subidas y varios cruces de aldeas, recorre una gran variedad de senderos desde Pont d’Ouilly, con el río Noireau como columna vertebral.
