Online Workshop – How to design your work purpose with the IKIGAI method – October 1st

Do you want to refocus, give more impetus to your daily professional life, or make more sense of it? Do you want to find the clues within yourself that will lead you to a more fulfilled, balanced life that is more in line with your desires and values?

This online workshop seeks to refine your passion, profession, mission and vocation, focusing on your skills, competencies, material needs and contribution to society.

The workshop is for those who seek to identify their “engine”, their “fuel” and their “compass”, i.e. to discover what makes them move, what makes them happy and what gives meaning to their life. It will allow them to clarify and free themselves from beliefs or patterns that are yet to be dissolved to allow them to access their Ikigai – that is, their reason for being – in a more fluid way. Our speaker :

Sophie-Marie Gilbert-Desvallons grew up in the Ivory Coast and in England, via Spain. After graduating in Modern Languages at Cambridge and training as an actress at the Cours Florent, she turned to facilitation, her core business. Today, she works as a consultant, certified trainer and, thanks to the Master 2 “Coaching – Personal Development in Business” at Paris II, a state-approved coach. Among other things, she coaches adults in English, French and Spanish in public speaking, soft skills and Ikigai, her personal passion. She is passionate about everything related to life transitions in general and professional orientation in particular…
