Randonnée au Mont Mercou, un soir de pleine lune  Fossés des Cordeliers Martel Lot

Cette randonnée de 8,5 kmsemi-nocturne pour une durée de 2h30 environ.
Une participation, libre, aux frais d’organisation et d’assurance sera demandée aux non adhérents.

Rendez-vous à Martel Fossé des Cordeliers, Panneau de l’association, en face de la poste.
L’association privilégie un covoiturage économique et convivial. Cependant, il est également possible de se rendre directement au point de départ de la marche ou de l’animation.
LPour les randonnées avec restaurant, les participants ont le libre choix de participer à l’ensemble de l’activité (randonnée et repas) ou seulement à une partie.
À la fin de chaque randonnée, un goûter comprenant des boissons et des gâteaux est offert par l’association. Il est conseillé aux participants d’apporter leurs propres gobelets.

This 8.5 km hike takes place at night and lasts around 2h30.
Non-members will be asked to contribute to the organization and insurance costs.

Meeting point in Martel: Fossé des Cordeliers, association sign, opposite the post office.
The association favors economical and friendly car-sharing. However, it is also possible to go directly to the starting point of the walk or event.
For hikes with restaurant, participants are free to choose whether to take part in the whole activity (hike and meal) or just part of it.
At the end of each hike, a snack including drinks and cakes is offered by the association. Participants are advised to bring their own cups.

Diese Wanderung von 8,5 kmsemi-nocturne für eine Dauer von etwa 2,5 Stunden.
Nicht-Mitglieder müssen sich an den Organisations- und Versicherungskosten beteiligen.

Treffpunkt in Martel: Fossé des Cordeliers, Schild des Vereins, gegenüber der Post.
Der Verein bevorzugt kostengünstige und gesellige Fahrgemeinschaften. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, sich direkt zum Ausgangspunkt der Wanderung oder der Animation zu begeben.
Bei den Wanderungen mit Restaurant können die Teilnehmer frei wählen, ob sie an der gesamten Aktivität (Wanderung und Essen) oder nur an einem Teil davon teilnehmen möchten.
Am Ende jeder Wanderung bietet der Verein einen Imbiss mit Getränken und Kuchen an. Es wird empfohlen, dass die Teilnehmer ihre eigenen Becher mitbringen.

Ai non soci verrà chiesto di contribuire alle spese organizzative e assicurative.

Punto d’incontro a Martel: Fossé des Cordeliers, cartello dell’associazione, di fronte all’ufficio postale.
L’associazione favorisce un car-pooling economico e amichevole. Tuttavia, è anche possibile recarsi direttamente al punto di partenza della passeggiata o dell’evento.
Per le passeggiate con ristorante, i partecipanti sono liberi di scegliere se partecipare all’intera attività (passeggiata e pasto) o solo a una parte di essa.
Al termine di ogni passeggiata, l’associazione offre uno spuntino con bevande e dolci. Si consiglia ai partecipanti di portare le proprie tazze.

Esta caminata de 8,5 km se realiza de noche y dura unas 2 horas y media.
Los no socios deberán contribuir a los gastos de organización y seguro.

Punto de encuentro en Martel: Fossé des Cordeliers, cartel de la asociación, frente a la oficina de correos.
La asociación favorece el uso compartido del coche de forma económica y amistosa. No obstante, también es posible desplazarse directamente al punto de partida de la marcha o del evento.
En el caso de los paseos con restaurante, los participantes pueden elegir entre participar en toda la actividad (paseo y comida) o sólo en una parte.
Al final de cada paseo, la asociación ofrece un tentempié que incluye bebidas y pasteles. Se aconseja a los participantes que lleven sus propios vasos.

Deze wandeling van 8,5 km vindt ‘s nachts plaats en duurt ongeveer 2 uur.
Aan niet-leden wordt een bijdrage in de organisatie- en verzekeringskosten gevraagd.

Verzamelpunt in Martel: Fossé des Cordeliers, bord van de vereniging, tegenover het postkantoor.
De vereniging is voorstander van zuinig en vriendelijk carpoolen. Het is echter ook mogelijk om rechtstreeks naar het startpunt van de wandeling of het evenement te reizen.
Voor wandelingen met een restaurant kunnen deelnemers kiezen of ze deelnemen aan de hele activiteit (wandeling en maaltijd) of slechts een deel ervan.
Aan het einde van elke wandeling biedt de vereniging een snack aan met drankjes en gebak. Deelnemers worden geadviseerd hun eigen bekers mee te nemen.
