Une mise en scène épurée où seule la parole fait spectacle.

Des histoires choisies sur le vif selon l’humeur du moment, du lieu et des gens présents. Des petites choses du quotidien aux personnages trublions qui côtoient l’extraordinaire, la conteuse puise dans sa mémoire pour nous offrir des récits venus d’ici ou d’ailleurs. Kora, chants et percussions rythment ces escales d’un continent à l’autre, toujours dans un souci d’interaction avec le public. On pourra entendre… des contes d’Afrique de l’Ouest ; d’enfants terribles, vaillants, casse-cous ; des contes de randonnée rythmés et chantés ; une menterie d’aujourd’hui ; des mythes de création.

Stories chosen on the spot according to the mood of the moment, the place and the people present. From the little things of everyday life to the oddball characters who rub shoulders with the extraordinary, the storyteller draws on her memory to offer us tales from near and far. Kora, song and percussion punctuate these stopovers from one continent to another, always with a view to interaction with the audience. We’ll hear? tales of West Africa; of terrible, valiant, daredevil children; rhythmic, sung rambling tales; a modern-day menterie; creation myths.

Eine schlichte Inszenierung, in der nur das Wort zum Spektakel wird.

Die Geschichten werden spontan ausgewählt, je nach Stimmung des Augenblicks, des Ortes und der anwesenden Personen. Von den kleinen Dingen des Alltags bis zu den schrägen Figuren, die das Außergewöhnliche erleben, schöpft die Erzählerin aus ihrem Gedächtnis, um uns Geschichten von hier und anderswo zu präsentieren. Kora, Gesang und Perkussion bestimmen den Rhythmus dieser Zwischenstopps von einem Kontinent zum anderen, immer in der Absicht, mit dem Publikum zu interagieren. Zu hören sind westafrikanische Märchen von schrecklichen, tapferen und draufgängerischen Kindern, rhythmisierte und gesungene Wandermärchen, eine heutige Menterie und Schöpfungsmythen.

Dalle piccole cose della vita quotidiana ai personaggi bizzarri che si mescolano a quelli straordinari, la narratrice attinge alla sua memoria per offrirci storie di qua e di là. Kora, canti e percussioni scandiscono queste tappe da un continente all’altro, sempre nell’ottica di interagire con il pubblico. Ascolterete storie dall’Africa occidentale, di bambini terribili, valorosi e temerari; racconti ritmati e cantati, una menteria moderna; miti della creazione.

La kora, el canto y la percusión puntúan estas escalas de un continente a otro, siempre con la intención de interactuar con el público. Escuchará cuentos de África Occidental, de niños terribles, valientes y temerarios; cuentos rítmicos, cantados y divagantes; una menterie moderna; mitos de la creación.

Van de kleine dingen van het dagelijkse leven tot de zonderlinge personages die met het buitengewone te maken hebben, de verteller put uit haar geheugen om ons verhalen van hier en daar te bieden. Kora, zang en percussie begeleiden deze tussenstops van het ene continent naar het andere, altijd met het oog op interactie met het publiek. Je hoort verhalen uit West-Afrika, over verschrikkelijke, dappere, waaghalzige kinderen; ritmische, gezongen wijdlopige verhalen; een hedendaagse menterie; scheppingsmythes.
