The speaker: Clémence Cojean has 20 years of experience in recruitment. Before joining the headhunting industry in 2012, she worked for 10 years for one of the world’s leading engineering consulting companies. Today, she advises clients from different sectors, in a process of trust and partnership, in their search for senior executives and executives in France and abroad. Having lived 5 years as an expatriate in Europe, she notes that the way of recruiting and developing its career has changed in recent years and that it is becoming essential to adapt to new digital channels and to have a perfectly mastered digital identity. She is today one of the LinkedIn experts on the French market
