Christophe CIESLAR voit le jour le 31 octobre 1968 à Lourdes dans les Pyrénées. Il débute la photographie en 2014 et se passionne très vite pour la photo nocturne.
Autodidacte, il participe aux deux premières éditions du NIGHTSCAPADES (festival international axé sur le monde de la nuit avec les meilleures pointures mondiales de la photo nocturne), la première année comme photographe exposant et la deuxième avec l’animation d’un atelier artistique de création photographique de paysages nocturnes avec un smartphone.
Ses clichés font partie d’une exposition commune Vous connaissez les Pyrénées le jour découvrez-les la nuit avec sept autres photographes nocturnes de renom, en partenariat avec la Réserve Internationale de Ciel Étoilé.

Christophe CIESLAR was born on October 31, 1968 in Lourdes in the Pyrenees. He began photography in 2014, and quickly developed a passion for night photography.
Self-taught, he took part in the first two editions of NIGHTSCAPADES (an international festival focusing on the world of night with the world’s top names in night photography), the first year as an exhibiting photographer and the second with an artistic workshop on photographic creation of nocturnal landscapes with a smartphone.
His photos are part of a joint exhibition entitled You know the Pyrenees by day: discover them by night , with seven other renowned night photographers, in partnership with the Réserve Internationale de Ciel Étoilé.
