La Petite Halle de l’Octroi-Nancy accueille une exposition collective réunissant une quarantaine de projets de designers et étudiant·es du territoire.

Objets du quotidien, environnement, santé, industrie, communication… le design est partout, parfois là où on ne l’attend pas. En écho au thème D comme Design, D comme Défi , l’exposition met en lumière les réponses imaginées face aux grands enjeux d’aujourd’hui transition écologique, transformation industrielle, production locale, innovation sociale et nouvelles formes de coopération.

Pensée comme une porte d’entrée accessible et curieuse, l’exposition invite chacun à découvrir le design autrement, à rencontrer celles et ceux qui le pratiquent et à comprendre comment il peut contribuer à transformer notre quotidien et notre territoire.

What if design were more than just beautiful objects?

La Petite Halle de l’Octroi in Nancy is hosting a group exhibition featuring some 40 projects by local designers and students.

Everyday objects, the environment, health, industry, communication… design is everywhere, sometimes where you least expect it. Echoing the theme “D for Design,” “D for Challenge,” the exhibition highlights creative responses to today’s major challenges: ecological transition, industrial transformation, local production, social innovation, and new forms of cooperation.

Conceived as an accessible and thought-provoking gateway, the exhibition invites everyone to discover design in a new light, to meet those who practice it, and to understand how it can help transform our daily lives and our region.

Opening reception open to all: Friday, September 18, starting at 6:00 p.m.

Throughout the week, educational sessions (guided tours, meetings with designers) may be organized by appointment in collaboration with the exhibitors and the students involved.
